Red Corner Notice (RCN) is a notice issued by Interpol Headquarter, Lyon (France) to all member countries of Interpol at the request of a member country. The requesting country makes such a request when the fugitive wanted by it is suspected to be abroad and the competent court has issued a valid arrest warrant against the fugitive.As soon as the arrest warrant becomes invalid or infructuous for any reason, the requesting country has no option but to get the RCN cancelled. If a fugitive, for any reason, is of the opinion that the arrest warrant against him is/has become invalid.
